How to Update your SmartLoad Menu:
No need to update your Smartload Menu, you can always use the Smart USSD. Just dial *343# and press the call button. It is always updated with Smart, TNT and SmartBro promos.
1. Type SLOAD and send to 343. You can also send PULL MENU to 343 if SLOAD will not work. Also ready tested them as of January 2014 and I got the Buddy Load Menu and Talk n Text Load Menu.
Note: your cellphone autokeypad lock and screensaver must be disabled. You must not have any transactions within 15 mins after you sent it. Because the message alert tone will not alert once you receive the confirmation msg. It will be in a form of a flash message. If you failed to follow at least one of these, the update may not work.
Or you may request Smart's Customer Service to do this by calling *888 (thanks for the comment below). They will redirect you to the proper retailer representative.

for smart retailersim po ito. PULL MENU po ang isesend sa 343, then you will have the Smartload Menu kung saan pwede ka ng magreload ng other users.

ReplyDeleteMadami na pong nag-ooffer ng dealership. Sa VMobile po P1000 lang ang puhunan. Yung aking Smartload kasi is binili ko lang ay SIM, P250 pa noon. Ngayon mas mura na siguro.
