I haven't clarified the validity of the promos. Smart customer service is really unreachable. 24 hrs customer support,huh? Why is it I always hear the music for more than 5 mins? I think they are promoting the SAGOTAGAD text service. The service has errors in keyword input recognition, again they are truly unreachable! They should check this up.
