Some techniques are needed in order to browse for free using OM, UCWEB, Bolt or your default browser and one of this is to know how to edit your proxies and ports. I am familiar with the Nseries. Some phones needs the prov files, you can
download and request here if there's no edit options in your phone. I had tried doing this with Nokia 6230 which is an S40 2nd Ed phone and they said it needs prov files. Maybe that time I found my way around and was able to make the prov files manually. ANyway, I had indicated the process for both types. If you are using other brand, it can have a little difference in the process, like the names in the menu, etc.
Make sure you have the default settings for your network. (For Smart: SET fonemodel send to 211 or Globe: GO fonemodel send to 2951 for free) Example: SET N70)
